It removes parasitic DC level (Offset) from the GAIN CMO CMN output bridge voltage and amplifies this signal IO1 certain times (Gain).
Offset and Gain are IO2 S temperature dependent, so the IC allows temperature pensation of bridge parasitic DC shift and sensitivity.
