MIC2013
Overview
MIC2003 and MIC2013 are high-side current limiting devices, designed for power distribution applications in PCs, PDAs, printers and peripheral devices. MIC2003 and MIC2013 are thermally protected and will shutdown should their internal temperature reach unsafe levels, protecting both the device and the load, under high current or fault conditions.
