MIC2073 Description
Features The MIC2073/2074 are high-side MOSFET switches optimized for general-purpose power distribution requiring circuit protection. The MIC2073/2074 are internally current limited and have thermal shutdown for protecting the device and load. The MIC2074 offers “smart” shutdown that reduces current consumption in fault mode.
