MIC2296 Description
The MIC2296 is a 600kHz, PWM dc/dc boost switching regulator available in a 2mm x 2mm MLF™ package option. High power density is achieved with the MIC2296’s internal 34V / 1.2A switch, allowing it to power large loads in a tiny footprint. The MIC2296 is a version of the MIC2295 1.2MHz, PWM dc/dc boost switching regulator, that offers improved efficiency resulting from 600kHz operation.
