MIC2606 Description
Features The MIC2605/6 is a 1.2MHz/2MHz, PWM DC/DC boost switching regulator available in a 2mm x 2mm MLF® package. High power density is achieved with the MIC2605/6’s internal 40V/0.5A switch and schottky diode, allowing it to power large loads in a tiny footprint. The MIC2605/6 implements constant frequency 1.2MHz/2MHz PWM current mode control.
