MIC5264
Overview
The MIC5264 is a dual 150mA LDO in tiny 2.5mm x 2.5mm MLF® packaging ideal for applications where cost is the priority. The MIC5264 is ideal for any application in portable electronics, including both RF and Digital applications.
- 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage.
- Low 75µA quiescent current per LDO.
