MIC5320
Overview
The MIC5320 is a tiny Dual Ultra Low-Dropout (ULDO™) linear regulator ideally suited for portable electronics. It’s ideal for today’s most demanding ultra-thin portable applications including mobile phones, camera modules, imaging sensors for digital still and video cameras, PDAs, portable media players (PMP) and PC cameras.
- 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range
