Overview
- Single 3.3V power supply amplifier designed for use in fiber-optic receivers. These
- DC to 1.25Gbps operation devices connect to typical transimpedance amplifiers
- Low-noise PECL data outputs (TIAs). The linear signal output from TIAs can contain
- High-gain LOS significant amounts of noise and may vary in amplitude
- Chatter-free Open-Collector TTL Loss of Signal over time. The SY88147DL quantizes these signals and (LOS) output with internal 4.75kΩ pull-up resistor outputs PECL level waveforms.
- TTL /EN input The SY88147DL operates from a single +3.3V power supply, over temperatures ranging from -40oC to +85oC.
- Programmable LOS level set (LOSLVL) With its wide bandwidth and high gain, signals with data
