The MAQ5281 high-performance linear regulator offers a very-wide input operating voltage range, up to 120V DC, and supplies an output current of up to 25mA. The MAQ5281 is optimized for high-voltage line transients, making it ideal for harsh environment applications. Ideal for high input voltage applications such as automotive, industrial and telecom, the MAQ5281 offers ±3% initial accuracy, extremely high-power supply rejection ratio (>90db) and ultra-low quiescent current of 6µA. The MAQ5281 operates over a −40ºC to +125ºC temperature range and is available in lead-free, RoHScompliant, 8-pin ePad MSOP package. This part is also AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
