Micrel MIC2874
The MIC2874 is a high-current, high-efficiency flash LED driver. The LED driver current is generated by an integrated inductive boost converter with a 4MHz switching frequency which allows for the use of very small inductor and output capacitor. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
MIC2874 operates in either flash or torch modes that can be controlled through the single-wire serial interface and/or external control pin. A robust single-wire serial interface allows the host processor to control the LED current and brightness. The MIC2874 is available in a 9-bump 1.30mm x 1.30mm WLCSP package.
