It can work with input signals as high as ± 18 V but operates from a single +5V supply with minimal power.

It can work with input signals as high as ± 18 V but operates from a single +5V supply with minimal power. It has a serial interface that controls two audio channels independently. The gain of each channel can be programmed from -111.5dB to +15.5dB in small 0.5dB steps. It is highly linear, especially in single channel balanced configuration with just 0.0002% THD. Audible “Clicks” on gain changes are eliminated by changing gains only during a zero crossing in the input signal.
