Description
The MicroMetrics UHF Tuning Varactors offer higher Q’s than their VHF counterparts, but have slightly lower capacitance ratios. These diodes are excellent for octave tuning up to 800 MHz and for straight-line-frequency tuning between 3 and 8 volts of bias.
