  • Codes Stored in Permanently Write-Protected Upper 1/8th of EEPROM Array.
  • Single Supply with Operation Down to 1.7V.
  • Low-Power CMOS Technology: - Active current 400 µA, typical - Standby current 100 nA, typical.
