The CL520 and CL525 are fixed-current linear regulators designed for driving LEDs at 20 mA and 25 mA, respectively.
With a maximum rating of 90V, these devices are able to withstand transients without the need for additional transient protection circuitry.
The CL520/CL525 are ideally suited for applications employing single or multiple LEDs.
