The MIC23031 is a high-efficiency, 4 MHz, 400 mA synchronous buck regulator with HyperLight Load® mode.

HyperLight Load provides very high efficiency at light loads and ultra-fast transient response that is perfectly suited for supplying processor core voltages.

  • 400 mA Output Current.
  • Up to 93% Efficiency and 88% at 1 mA.
  • 21 µA Typical Quiescent Current.
  • 4 MHz PWM Operation in Continuous Mode.

  • Low Voltage Output Ripple - 20 mVPP Ripple in HyperLight Load® Mode - 3 mV Output Voltage Ripple in Full PWM Mode.
