MIC5380 Overview
The MIC5380 and MIC5381 are advanced dual LDOs that are ideal for powering space-constrained portable devices. The MIC5380/1 provide two independently controlled, high performance 150 mA LDOs in an ultra-small 1 mm x 1 mm FTQFN package. Ideal for battery powered applications, the MIC5380/1 offer ±1% typical accuracy, low dropout voltage (155 mV at 150 mA), and low ground current.
