Overview: REG200RHA 1.8V 200 mA Linear Voltage Regulator ATMX150RHA Introduction REG200RHA is a radiation-hardened linear voltage regulator including Power-on-Reset (POR) and Power Fail Detector (PFD) capability. It operates between 3V to 5.5V and provides a fixed 1.8V output voltage while sourcing up to 200 mA of load current. A 470 nF external capacitor has to be connected to the regulator output VOUT to ensure stability and noise rejection. The following table lists the physical parameters of the regulator. Table 1.
