ATSAMHAXEXXA Low-Power Automotive Si P Product with 32-bit ARM® Cortex® M0+ Processor and LIN SBC Introduction The SAMHA0/1 is a low-power automotive System-in-Package (Si P) product series using the 32-bit Arm® Cortex®M0+ processor featuring 32 pins with up to 64 KB of Flash, up to 2 KB of read-while-write data Flash, and up to 8 KB of SRAM. The SAMHA0/1 devices operate at a maximum frequency of 48 MHz and reach 2.46 Coremark/MHz. The SAMHA0/1 also includes a LIN System Basis Chip (SBC) with a fully integrated LIN transceiver designed in pliance with the LIN Specifications 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.2A, ISO 17987-4 and SAEJ2602-2, and a 3.3V/85 m A voltage regulator. The series is AEC Q-100 and AEC Q-006 qualified. The series is ISO 26262 Functional Safety Ready.
