ME2110Axx Description
Features ME2110 Series is a PFM Step-up DC/DC converter Low ripple and low noise IC with low supply current by CMOS process. Also available is a IOUT=100mA Low start voltage：≤0.9V(at IOUT =1mA) Maximum oscillator frequency ： 360KHz CE (chip enable) function that reduce power (TYP. ME2110C25) dissipation during shut-down mode.
