ME3109 is a high efficiency, easy-to-use, COT synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with an input voltage range of 2.8V to 5.5V. And its output voltage is fixed inside while delivering up to 3A of output current. The Voltage Mode Constant On-Time (COT) operation with internal pensation allows the transient response to be optimized over a wide range of loads and output capacitors.
