General Description

The 1N4896(A) through 1N4915(A) series provides a selection of temperature compensated 12.8 V (nominal) Zener diodes.

The voltage tolerace is +/- 5% and the "A" version of the parts in this series have an expanded low temperature range down to -55 oC.
