The NX2113 controller IC is a synchronous Buck con- n Synchronous Controller in 10 Pin Package troller IC designed for step down DC to DC converter n Bus voltage operation from 2V to 25V applications. The NX2113 controller n Internal 300kHz for 2113 and 600kHz for 2113A is optimized to convert bus voltages from 2V to 25V to n Internal Digital Soft Start Function outputs as low as 0.8V voltage using Enable pin to n Separated power ground and analog ground for program the BUS voltage start up threshold. The NX2113 extra noise filtering operates at 300kHz while 2113A is set at 600kHz n Pb-free and RoHS compliant operation which together with less than 50 nS of dead APPLICATIONS band provides an efficient and cost effective solution.
