SA5.0 - SA170CA Available 5.0 to 170 Volts, 500 Watts Transient Voltage Suppressors DESCRIPTION This Transient Voltage Suppressor is a high value mercial product that offers protection to voltage sensitive ponents. The response time of their clamping action is virtually instantaneous (less than 100 ps for unidirectional and less than 5 ns for bidirectional).
