Mod ule type FU-632SEA-6MxxA is an electroaborption modulator integrated with 1.55mm DFB-LD module with single mode optical fiber. Th is module is suitable to a light source in 2.5Gb/s digital optical munication systems where the distance is shorter than 640km. Th is module is pre pared in accordance with ITU-T reco mmend ation wavelength channel plan for DenseWDM transmission.
