DESCRIPTION
Module type FU-185SDF is TOSA (transmitter optical subassembly), containing a 1.3-µm uncooled DFB-LD, optical isolator, bias circuits and single-mode optical fiber stub. This module is suitable for a light source for 10-Gbit/s digital optical munication systems.
