DESCRIPTION The M37410M3HXXXFP is a single-chip microputer designed with CMOS silicon gate technology. It is housed in a 80-pin plastic molded QFP. This single-chip microputer is useful for business equipment and other consumer applications. In addition to its simple instruction set, the ROM, RAM, and 110 addresses are placed on the same memory map to enable easy programming.
