M51551 is DUAL 2-MODE ELECTRONIC SWITCH manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric.
DESCRIPTION
The M51551 P/M51551 FP is an integrated circuit consisting of dual channels two-mode electronic switch. It can select the both channel input signal at the same time by means of forcing DC voltage at control terminal. And it consists of LED driver for displaying the selected input mode. M51551 P is housed in 14-pin plastic molded OIL package. M51551 FP is housed in 14-pin plasti C molded FLAT package.
