MITSUMI IC for CMOS System Reset PST35XX, 36XX IC for CMOS System Reset Monolithic IC PST35XX, 36XX Series Outline March 21, 2004 This system reset IC, developed using the CMOS process, has a built-in delay function. Ultra-low consumption current of 1.0µA (typ.). has been achieved through use of the CMOS process. Also, detection voltage is high-precision detection of ±2%.
