MOTOROLA SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNICAL DATA MC14561B 9's plementer The MC14561B 9’s plementer is a panion to the MC14560B NBCD adder to allow BCD subtraction. If the plement control (p) is low, the BCD number appears at the outputs unmodified. The plement disable (p) allows the plement control to be gated, or an inverted control signal to be used.
