® MOTOROLA MC14680SH2 Advance Information I 8-BIT MICROPUTER UNIT The MC146805H2 Microputer Unit (MCU) belongs to the M146805 CMOS Family of low-cost, single-chip microputers. This 8-bit MCU contains an on-chip oscillator, CPU, RAM, 1/0, and a timer. The fully static design allows operation at two software selectable frequencies, further reducing its already low power consumption.
