The MC146805H2 Microcomputer Unit (MCU) belongs to the M146805 CMOS Family of low-cost, single-chip microcomputers. This 8-bit MCU contains an on-chip oscillator, CPU, RAM, 1/0, and a timer. The fully static design allows operation at two software selectable frequencies, further reducing its already low power consumption.
