8-BIT MICROCOMPUTER UNIT WITH PLL LOGIC
The MC6805T2 Microcomputer Unit (MCU) with PLL logic is a member of the M6805 HMOS Family of low-cost single-chip microcomputers. This 8-bit microcomputer contains a CPU, on-chip clock, ROM, RAM, 1/0, timer, and the PLL logic for an RF synthesizer. It is designed for the user who needs an economical microcomputer with the proven capabilities of the M6800-based instruction set, as well as the necessary logiC required for frequency synthesis applications.
