Low-Voltage Quiet CMOS Quad 2-Input NAND Gate
The MC74LVQ00 is a quad 2- input NAND gate operating from a 2.7 to 3.6V supply. High impedance TTL patible inputs significantly reduce current loading to input drivers while TTL patible outputs offer improved switching noise performance. Current drive capability is 12m A at the outputs.
