MOTOROLA SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNICAL DATA Order this document by MOC8111/D MOC8111- Global Optoisolator™ [CTR = 20% Min] 6-Pin DIP Optoisolators Transistor Output (No Base Connection) The MOC8111, MOC8112 and MOC8113 devices consist of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon phototransistor detector. The internal base- to- Pin 6 connection has been eliminated for improved noise immunity. - To order devices that are tested and marked per VDE 0884 requirements, the suffix ”V” must be included at end of part number. VDE 0884 is a test option.
