MPX4250 Datasheet Integrated Pressure Sensor

Manufacturer: Motorola Semiconductor (now NXP Semiconductors)

Overview: MOTOROLA SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNICAL DATA Order this document by MPX4250/D MPX4250 Integrated Silicon Pressure Sensor Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor On-Chip Signal Conditioned, Temperature pensated and Calibrated The Motorola MPX4250 series Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor for turbo boost engine control is designed to sense absolute air pressure within the intake manifold. This measurement can be used to pute the amount of fuel required for each cylinder. The MPX4250 series sensor integrates on–chip, bipolar op amp circuitry and thin film resistor networks to provide a high level analog output signal and temperature pensation. The small form factor and reliability of on–chip integration make the Motorola MAP sensor a logical and economical choice for automotive system designers.
