General Description
CS8953 is a general purpose microcontroller with extensive peripherals that are suitable for wide range of application.
The CPU is based on an enhanced 1Cycle 8051 core that is equivalent to 10 times faster than a conventional 12-Cycle 8051.
Total on-chip SRAM is 1KB for data storage.
