The µPD78011F, 78012F, 78013F, 78014F, 78015F, 78016F, and 78018F are the products in the µPD78018F subseries within the 78K/0 series. pared with the older µPD78014 subseries, this subseries operates at lower voltage and provides a fuller set of ROM and RAM variations. A one-time PROM or EPROM product µPD78P018F capable of operating in the same power supply voltage range as of the mask ROM product and other development tools are also provided.
