The µPD789841 and µPD789842 are µPD789842 subseries products of the 78K/0S series. These microcontrollers incorporate an inverter control timer being suitable for controlling general-purpose inverters. The µPD78F9842, a product with on-chip flash memory which can operate on the same supply voltage as for masked ROM products and various development tools are also under development.
