Except as specified belo w, the warranty that may be pro vided by the dealer covers all def ects in mater ial or w orkmanship in this product. The following are not covered by the warranty: 1. Any product on which the ser ial number has been def aced, modified or removed. 2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from; a. Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, water , dust, smoke, lightning or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product. b.
