Overview
PS2503-1, -2, -4 and PS2503L-1, -2, -4 series are optically coupled isolator containing a GaAs light emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. PS2503-1, -2, -4 are in a plastic DIP (Dual In-line Package) and PS2503L-1, -2, -4 are lead bending type (Gullwing) for surface mount.
