PS2626 Overview
PS2625, PS2626 and PS2625L, PS2626L are optically coupled isolators containing a GaAs light emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. PS2625, PS2626 are in a plastic DIP (Dual In-line Package). PS2625L, PS2626L are lead bending type (Gull-wing) for surface mount.
