oESCR IPTION
The ).IPB450 is a bipolar, 9, 216-bit field programmable logic array. It includes 24 input and 16 output lines, 72 product terms, input 2-bit decoders, and 16-bit feedback registers. This provides an extremely versatile organization. Interconnection of internal AND-OR arrays is performed electrically by the proven, avalanche induced migration method which is widely used in NEC Bipolar PROM technology.
