UPC8126GR Description
The µPC8126GR is a silicon monilithic integrated circuit designed as 900 MHz band direct guadrature modulator for digital mobile munication systems. This Si-MMIC consists of pre-mixer for RF and IF local oscillator and 900 MHz band guadrature modulator which are packaged in 20 pin SSOP. The device has power save function and can operate 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply voltage.
