The }.lPD2332A/B has two chip select inputs and the combination of "High"/"Low" levels of these inputs is maskprogrammable. The }.lPD2332A/B is fabricated with sophisticated N-channel MaS technology and features high speed and TTL compatibility for simple interface with bipolar circuits.
