DATA SHEET µPD754144, 754244 4-BIT SINGLE-CHIP MICROCONTROLLERS MOS INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION The µ PD754244 is a 4-bit single-chip microcontroller which incorporates the EEPROMTM for key-less entry application. It incorporates a 16 × 8-bit EEPROM, a 4-Kbyte mask ROM to store software, a 128 × 4-bit RAM to store the processing data, a processing CPU, and a carrier generator which easily outputs waveforms for infrared remote controller.
