UPD75P238 Description
The µPD75P238 is a version of the µPD75238 in which the on-chip mask ROM is replaced by one-time PROM or EPROM. The one-time PROM version can be written to once only, and is useful for short-run and multiple deviceproduction of sets and early start-up. Also, the EPROM version allows programs to be written and rewritten, and is thus ideal for system evaluation.
