  • Operable in the same supply voltage range as the mask ROM version (VDD = 4.0 to 5.5 V) Notes 1. The capacity of the flash memory can be changed with the internal memory size switching register (IMS). 2. The capacity of the internal expansion RAM can be changed with the internal expansion RAM.
