Description : The NTE3061 through NTE3064 are 0.3 inch (7.62mm) height single digit, seven segment, mon anode displays. The NTE3061 utilizes LED chips which are made from Ga As P on a Ga As substrate. The NTE3063 utilizes LED chips which are made from Ga P on a transparent Ga P substrate. The NTE3062 and NTE3064 utilize LED chips which are made from Ga As P on a transparent Ga P substrate.
