General Description
The PN544 is a highly integrated NFC controller IC for contactless communication at 13.56 MHz.
This controller IC utilizes an outstanding modulation and demodulation concept for different kinds of contactless communication methods and protocols at 13.56 MHz.

- Low power HT80C51 MX CPU core with 72 KBytes ROM, 44 KBytes non-volatile memory for code, 8 KBytes non-volatile memory for data and 4 KBytes RAM.
