Product profile 1.1 General description Ultra low capacitance single rail-to-rail Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protection device in a small SOT23 (TO-236AB) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed to protect one Hi-Speed data line or high-frequency signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.
