87C754 Description
The Philips 83C754/87C754 offers many of the advantages of the 80C51 architecture in a small package and at low cost. Philips epitaxial substrate minimizes CMOS latch-up senitivity. The EPROM version of this device, the 87C754, is available in plastic one-time programmable (OTP) packages.
